• Introduction to construction projects.
• Comprehending the most common symbols in construction projects and the comprehension and usage of symbols in interior design projects.
• Using different symbols of floor coverings, furniture etc.
• Introduction to a practical assignment, drafting the measurement drawings of the assigned room. Drawing the plans and wall views of the assigned room and sketching the design. Constructing different perspective views. |

Upon completion of the course, students will:
• have acquired the ability to read and devise drawings;
• be familiar and comprehend the symbols used in projects;
• be able to use the acquired knowledge in preparing restoration projects and devising contemporary monumental art pieces;
• able to construct cross-sectional isometric and cabinet projections;
• be capable of sketching perspective drawings, plans and views;
• be able to perform measurements and devise drawings based on the measurements. |
