| To teach students the fundamentals of photography, demonstrate the basic principles of image formation. |

| Study outcome |
On successful completion of this course the students should be able to:
• know the basic principles of image formation
• perceive the possibilities to use alternative photographic techniques in contemporary digitally dominant environment;
• construct a pinhole camera and determine it's technical characteristics;
• use pinhole camera for creative processes
• critically and analytically assess the results of one's work |
