| Aim |
| The objective is to learn the basic techniques of digital audio editing and recording. To get an overview of the aspects, possibilities and equipment of sound recording and thereby learning to assess the quality of sound in accordance with its application. |

| Study outcome |
Upon completion of the course, students will:
• be able to use basic sound editing techniques;
• be able to use the main tool – the equalizer;
• be able to record sound on a manual recording device;
• be able to assess the quality of sound. |
