| Aim |
| The objective is to learn to edit the sound in accordance with its application, and to improve the acquired skills for creating complete soundscapes for videos. Also, to have an overview of copyright issues concerning sound compositions. |

| Study outcome |
Upon completion of the course, students will:
1. be able to use basic sound editing techniques in accordance to the application: compressor, equalizer, reverb, delay etc.;
2. be able to record speech, and to edit the recording in accordance to its application;
3. be able to evaluate the acoustics;
4. be able to create a soundscape for a video;
5. have knowledge of copyright and public presentation issues of sound compositions. |
