| The objective is to develop the skills of illustrative and visual communication; understand the history and trends of illustration and comics; help understanding different stylistics and cultural contexts in the field of drawing and narratives; develop the skills of narrative pictorial expression; provide introduction to the basics of storyboard. |

| Study outcome |

Upon completion of the course, students will:
1. be able to express themselves through drawings and carry out related tasks;
2. be able to apply illustration to their professional work, connect the drawing with context or narrative;
3. be able to analytically approach the illustration project and address the upcoming problems during an independent work process;
4. be able to integrate illustrations and comics into the media projects. |
