General description

• Background research in preparation to the field trip
• Observing and capturing the professional exhibitions and events
• Systematisation and analysis of the gathered information
• Sharing of the gained experience, a summarising seminar

Aim

The objective is to expand the students’ perspective in regard to the contemporary European design and to prepare them for work in the professional field.

Study outcome

Upon completion of the course, students will:
1. have an overview of the professional network in Estonia and rest of the World and be able to participate actively;
2. have experienced observing professional exhibitions and events and have gained a skill to analyse these experiences in the context of their own creation;
3. be able to gather, analyse and generalise professional information and look for new solutions based on the knowledge;
4. be open to professional self-development.
