• Introduction to construction projects.
• Comprehending the most common symbols in construction projects and the comprehension and usage of symbols in interior design projects.
• Using different symbols of floor coverings, furniture etc.
• Introduction to a practical assignment, drafting the measurement drawings of the assigned room. Drawing the plans and wall views of the assigned room and sketching the design. Constructing different perspective views.

Upon completion of the course, students will:
• have acquired the ability to read and devise drawings;
• be familiar and comprehend the symbols used in projects;
• be able to use the acquired knowledge in preparing restoration projects and devising contemporary monumental art pieces;
• able to construct cross-sectional isometric and cabinet projections;
• be capable of sketching perspective drawings, plans and views;
• be able to perform measurements and devise drawings based on the measurements.
