AimThe objective is to provide an overview about the most common art materials, traditional paints, popular pigments, adhesives and fillers and their application.
Study outcomeUpon completion of the course, students will:
• aware and capable of using traditional drawing materials, brushing techniques; • be aware of which paints are the most suitable and reasonable to use on different surfaces; • be familiar with the most common pigments, adhesives and fillers; • have acquired the skill to prepare the traditionally used paints.
