General description

Practice tasks in given contexts.
Textiles in a given interior (Photoshop).
Textile on three-dimensional shape (Sculptris, Photoshop).
Trade fair stand. Building a room with specific measurements (Google Sketchup), displaying a textile on the wall, simple animation (movements in the room).
Converting a photo of an existing room into 3D format, adding measurements (Google Sketchup).
Drapery on an object (3DsMax).
Building textile textures in 3D (3DsMax).
Employing the 3D textures in interior textile design.

Study outcome

Having passed the course the student
is able to integrate the relevant functions of the following software in textile designer’s work: Photoshop, Kaledo Print, Google Sketchup, Sculptris, 3DsMax, WeaveDesign.
