The aim is to provide knowledge on how to create a design process plan to have a controlled and fruitful way to the end result.

Upon completion of the course, students will:
• be able to solve unexpected problems successfully and quickly;
• have a comprehensive understanding of real life client communication;
• be able to apply client feedback to the design process.
