• teamwork as a part of project management: it's operation and implementation possibilities;
• the fundamentals of writing a project;
• different funds, their objectives, contents and behavior; sponsorship as a phenomenon.
• the requirements for a project; contextual positioning of a creative project;
• hands-on writing of a project (graduation work related)

n successful completion of this course the students should be able to:
• understand the application and opportunities of project management;
• know the methods of project management;
• use the possibilities of teamwork and apply these to one's own practice;
• navigate the environment of funds and select from these the most suitable to support their work;
• write a systematic project to apply for funding/sponsorship to support one's creative work;
• critically assess the the scope, content and context of their project;
