General description

The set of sculpture projects is a continuous specialty-centred creative practice that is flexible and with an emphasis on the personality. The general objective of the set is to raise the student's self-awareness in this field and help to position themselves as an independent author.
The study is based on the principle of a master class where every year one lecturer supervises the students' creative work.

• An independent choice of the creative topic or working with a topic given by the supervisor;
• The conceptual development of the topic and generating visual ideas;
• Developing the primary visual material;
• Devising a technical part of the project;
• Carrying out the project.

Study outcome

Upon completion of the course, students will:
• be able to set the questions regarding the chosen topic and solve them independently;
• be able to develop, justify, carry out and present their creative ideas;
• carry out the project's art work from its planning to exhibiting;
• apply the principles of volumetric/spatial composition;
• have developed the skills of independent thinking, judging and analysis;
