General description

A conserved/restored object with a written report or a theoretical research paper with applications

Aim

Demonstrate professional competence acquired through the completion of the program as well as capacity for working in the specific area of conservation/restoration in the chosen field of study.

Study outcome

Students defending the final project in the conservation/restoration specialisation will
1. have applied the principles of conservation/restoration in preparing their final project;
2. be able to achieve the goals set;
3. be able to take into account the historical background of the object when performing the work;
4. be able to clearly and convincingly identify the research problems relating to topical professional issues in the written project report or in the theoretical research paper with applications, to discuss and analyse the chosen topic and formulate and generalize the results obtained;
5. be able to present, justify and defend their views clearly;
6. be able to prepare and defend the final project in accordance with the requirements.
