Study outcomeUpon completion of the course, students will:
• have an overview of factors influencing folk art; • have an overview of different aspects of Estonian folk art; • be familiar with the regional characteristics, symbolics, different techniques and materials of Estonian folk costumes, jewellery and consumer items; • be prepared for creative development of Estonian folk art in the contemporary social and cultural environment.
